I'm Going To Get Fit Before I Start!
This is one of the most common things I hear from people who want to start training but put it off - "I'm going to get fit before I start".
it is an understandable sentiment - a lot of people are concerned about not being able to keep up with everyone else in the class. Nobody wants to stand out as the only person who can't finish the class!
The truth is however, in every class there are people of massively varying levels of fitness, experience and and ability. Everyone is on their own journey, and all they want for you is to help you on your journey.
Also, the fitness needed varies between sport to sport. So, regardless of your current fitness level you will still find any new sport physically demanding. It really isn't about waiting to do something when it will be easy - the real joy in life is accepting a challenge head on and working hard to make a success of it.
On the flip side, we still want to make it as easy as possible for people to get started. That's why we have 12 Fundamental classes every week. These classes are specifically designed for anyone of any level to be able to get something from them. You can work at your own pace and learn skills while at the same time developing the specific fitness to allow you to progress.
I urge you to never put off starting something because you don't feel ready - n,ot just training but in any area of your life where you want to move forward.

Once you start something, you can make adjustments and improvements on the fly. Action follows action. Make a decision, act, then succeed. Don't let your doubt hold you back from becoming who you are capable of becoming.
